Owners Katie D'Oyen and Don Jaeger opened Katie D's NY Bagels and Deli in August 2017.
Katie, who is originally from New York, now resides in Tryon, NC. She has worked in the food industry throughout her life.
Don is from Michigan and has lived in Tryon for 16 years.
It has been a dream to open a style deli form many years and now it is a reality!
